One short message hides a lot of machinery. These are the real thresholds, labels and checks it runs on — taken from the services themselves.
Ethereum, Arbitrum and Solana are watched directly through an RPC provider, so a transfer is seen as the network saw it.

A 5-minute model exists in the code and has never been trained, so it publishes nothing. An untrained model is worse than no model.
